This program is designed to equip providers with the resources they need to build a sustainable career. Together, we will dive deeply into key topics, enhance educational and business skills, and work collaboratively to transform the family child care sector.

Learning Objectives

Enhance your professional skills by engaging in training & learning alongside peers.

Receive support from peer mentors to set individual goals.

Build networks to help combat isolation.

Requirements:

Attendance:
Attendance will be taken at the beginning of each class, so please be present. One absence is allowed in case of emergency; make sure to notify Joana Herrera in advance via WhatsApp if you cannot attend.

Training:
Training topics will be based on the needs of the group.

Monthly Meetings:
Held once a month to put into practice what was learned and reflect on the topics discussed.

Peer Mentor Support:
From January to June, a peer mentor will be available twice a month for one-hour sessions to support you in formulating and achieving your individualized goals.
