Contracts & Parent Handbooks: Setting Expectations for Stronger Partnerships

Eligible providers may apply for tuition assistance for approved UCLA Extension courses offered during the Spring semester.
Important Dates:
Application Open: January 25, 2026
Enrollment Period: February 2, 2026 – April 5, 2026
Instruction Begins: March 30, 2026

A new application must be completed each semester for internal bookkeeping purposes.

Once your application is submitted, our team will begin the review process and notify you of your application status.

If your application is approved, our team will assist each provider with the enrollment process.

Our team will make a payment on your behalf once enrollment details are finalized.
