• Licensed child care providers

• License-exempt providers / FFN (Family, Friend, and Neighbor) providers

❗Important: If you’re a licensed provider, assistants and family members do not qualify unless listed on your license.

✅ Eligibility Requirements

• Must have had a subsidized child in care within the past 12 months

• Must be willing to continue offering care to subsidized children
