Licensed child care providers
License-exempt providers / FFN (Family, Friend, and Neighbor) providers
❗ Important: If you’re a licensed provider, assistants and family members do not qualify unless listed on your license.
✅ Eligibility Requirements
Must have had a subsidized child in care within the past 12 months
Must be willing to continue offering care to subsidized children
