This training provides FCC and FFN providers with practical tools and strategies to use observation as the foundation for developmentally appropriate guidance. Using a participatory approach, participants engage in reflection, video observation, and hands-on practice with multiple observation tools to support social-emotional development and positive guidance in home-based care settings.
